The D3: Wines of the World Unit explores all grape varieties, wine regions, and wine styles not covered in D4: Sparkling Wine and D5: Fortified Wine.
Prerequisites: You must complete course work for D1 and D2 and attempt the exam for D1 before registering for this course (a passing result is not required).
This course is offered every October through April.

The Exam:
2-day exam comprised is of two separate parts - Theory & Tasting. Theory is tested on Day 1, from 11:00am to 3:20pm and Tasting is tested on Day 2, from 10:30am to 2:30pm.
Exam dates are set globally by WSET and offered every May (typically on a Tuesday and Wednesday).
Day one: Theory Exam: 11:00am to 3:20pm
Day two: Tasting Exam: 10:30am to 2:30pm
