$1,584.00
Limited Availability

Here, you will be challenged with in-depth examination of every major wine region, including (but not limited to) – varietals, styles, viticulture, technique, educated food pairings, and labeling laws. We will also continue to expand the students’ vocabulary while continuing to hone professional tasting techniques.

Over the course of approximately 40 hours of classroom instruction – both lecture & collaborative discussion – we will also taste approximately 90 wines structured by the WSET Systematic Approach to Tasting.

For the student’s maximum success, one should budget time outside of class for reading, studying, tasting and assignment completion.
