About the Instructor:
Marcus has 29 years of experience in sake production, sales and education and is the PNW’s most enthusiastic and knowledgeable sake champion. In October 2015, Marcus was awarded the title of "Sake Samurai" by the Japanese Brewing and Shochu Association, an international award held by fewer than 50 people worldwide. He holds the WSET Level 3 Award in Sake with Distinction as well as the Advanced Sake Professional Qualification.
