In this in-depth, Master Level course, wine industry members will dive deep into the nuances as Champagne, exploring variations in style based on grape variety, site and production methods. Learning will be underscored by guided tasting of TWELVE exquisite Champagnes.

This workshop includes lunch.

Who should attend: This course is limited to students employed in the wine industry and/or WSET Diploma students.

About the instructor: As a Champagne Wine Ambassador, Tanya Morning Star focuses her work on the in-depth investigation of Champagne’s history, vineyard sites, and terroir. In addition to educating students about Champagne wines around the United States, Tanya also regularly leads educational and cultural tours of the region.
