Who should attend: This class is ideal for students who have completed the Introduction to Wine Series, Grape to Glass Series, or other wine classes, but is open to anyone with a basic understanding of wines and an eagerness to learn about the hot topics facing the wine industry today.
About the instructor: Mimi Martin is director of The Wine & Spirit Archive, is a Certified Wine Educator, and holds the WSET Diploma in Wine & Spirits.
