In this service-focused class, students explore the nuts and bolts of wine service and sommelier skills. Topics explored include glassware selection, serving temperature, decanting, glass pours, guest hospitality and wine storage. At the end of this class, students will have the essential skills needed to serve wine in a restaurant or tasting room (or to serve wine at home like a pro!)
A flight of wines will be tasted along with class.
