The Côte d’Or is home to the most esteemed and historic Pinot Noir- and Chardonnay-based wines in the world. Here we find endless variations of these two iconic grapes that reflect diversity in tradition, clones, soil, aspect and slope. In this Master Class, we will explore the wines of this limestone ridge as we dissect the nuances of tradition and terroir that define this iconic and enigmatic wine region.

About your instructor: Tanya Morning Star Darling is a Bourgogne Wine Ambassador and was named French Wine Scholar Instructor of the Year in 2018. She is founder of Cellar Muse Wine School in Seattle, WA, through which she teaches Wine Scholar Guild Courses, Master Level Courses and leads international wine tours.
