In this head-to-head wine tasting, students will have the opportunity to compare classic Burgundy and Willamette Valley wines in order to assess and describe how the wines of the two regions are both similar and different. As part of our discussion, we will explore the variations in soil, topography, climate, history and tradition of the two regions to better understand these variations in style. Who should attend: This class is approximate for all levels and assumes no previous knowledge of wine.
