Meyer Lemon Sidecar
Meyer lemons always seem to arrive just when winter seems its bleakest and just when we need them most. Their floral perfume and slightly sweeter juice is the perfect twist on this cocktail classic - and just what we need to make it through a few more months of winter.
- 1 oz Cognac
- 1 oz Cointreau
- 1 oz fresh Meyer lemon juice
Combine Cognac, Cointreau and Meyer lemon juice in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake until cold and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
