Pinot noir: history and place
Jessica Endsworth has made Pinot Noir her passion and profession and we are thrilled to have her on board to share her love for this elusive, world-class and sometimes persnickety grape. In this class, students will discuss Pinot Noir's history and major growing regions as we learn and taste how climate, soil and topography make their mark on this transparent and terroir-reflective grape.
Who should attend: This class is approximate for all levels and assumes no previous knowledge of wine.
About the instructor: Jessica Endsworth is General Manager at Angela Estate and holds the WSET Level 3 Award in Wine.
