Job Description: Well established Oregon winery seeks a dynamic individual for sales and marketing.
Team-oriented, driven, and creative self-starter to assist with existing programs while creating new strategies for direct marketing and national distribution. Must have solid wine knowledge, experience in high-end wine sales and marketing, web marketing, customer service and development and be familiar with distributor protocol. This job requires exceptional people skills and a willingness to collaborate. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and goals as well as strong computer and organizational skills are a must.
This position will be focused on increasing brand awareness, loyalty and sales through traditional and emerging channels.
You must: have wine sales and marketing experience be familiar with distributor protocol be able and willing to travel have a valid driver's license and insurance have a strong work ethic able to work independently and be highly self motivated have excellent organizational and time management skills maintain a professional appearance and attitude
Duties: Travel, includes sales calls, trade tastings and winery dinners. Interacting with and motivating distributor partner sales teams Identify and execute new business opportunities Oversee distributor sales goals and objectives
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Constant Contact and Dreamweaver a plus.

Candidate must be willing to travel. When not traveling, this full-time position requires a standard workweek of Monday through Friday at the winery. This position provides support for and reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
