Position: Sales Associate

Job Description: The Wine Sales Representative is primarily responsible for assisting the Winery Manager in the sales and distribution efforts of Olsen Estates. The Sales Representative will work with the direction of the Winery Manager to assist in the short and long term goals of Olsen Estates’ sales efforts.

This includes, but is not limited to: - Establishing and maintaining good associations with accounts - Deliver wine to customers - Traveling to customers for face-to-face contact - Attending off premise events, trade shows, wine tastings, etc. - Assisting, when needed, in Olsen Estates’ tasting room - Willingness to work the hours needed to perform the required services, including weekends and after hours

Qualifications include: - Creative and well organized - Strong selling skills - Excellent spoken and written communication skills - Ability to communicate effectively with your co-workers and clients - Proficient with POS, Windows operating systems, MS Word, Excel and Email - Ability to build relationships quickly - Energetic and enthusiastic - Have an up-to-date knowledge of the wine industry - Excellent time management ability - Ability to work unsupervised - Clean drivers license and proof of sufficient insurance (will be confirmed) - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds - Maintain a good natured personality - Customer service experience preferred
