Job Description: Servicing and selling beer, wine and non-alcoholic products to established retail accounts (grocery outlets, convenience stores and restaurants/bar trade), developing distribution, increasing product placement and sales volume.

Applicants Must Meet The Following Minimal Requirements: >24 months of experience in beverage industry >Knowledge and experience in on-premise sales >1 year successful sales experience in beverage industry >High School Diploma required (Higher education in marketing or business preferred). >All candidates to provide a recent MVR driving abstract and be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and criminal background

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned.). > Responsible to develop and maintain positive customer relations. > Responsible to successfully market new products and develop new customers. > Responsible for accommodating needs of assigned route in a punctual manner. > Responsible that all company brands/packages on cooler shelf, dry shelf and displays are filled and properly faced. > Supervision of orderly and proper rotation of company products, maintain backroom space and ensure accurate pricing of product. > Responsible to have available and supply Point of Sale materials for merchandising product, may include building and distribution of display items. > Responsible to provide reliable transportation (expenses reimbursable) > Responsible to accurately price product and write orders. > Responsible to promote a variety of beer and wine products. > Responsible to plan, develop and implement product promotions, sales of brand-related promotional products and manage promotional product budgets.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: > Ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Ability to read and interpret documents and information concerning products, promotional materials. > Ability to develop and implement successful market/sales strategies. > Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure accurately. Ability to be punctual in meeting route scheduling and attention to detail. Ability to accurately complete all required paperwork, accounting and documentation. > Ability to read, analyze and interpret charts, scales and other market tracking devices. > Ability to operate calculators, computers and other associated office equipment. > Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and meet goals. > Ability to be organized and work independently with minimal supervision > Ability to solve practical problems, demonstrate initiative and be flexible in fulfillment of duties. > Ability to work in a friendly manner as part of a team and to develop effectively working relationships with customers and colleagues. > Ability to perform duties in accordance to company requirements, procedures and all applicable laws with integrity.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing duties of this job, the employee will be calling upon and servicing up to 20 accounts within a day, these accounts include; convenience stores, chain stores, restaurants and other establishments where beer and wine are consumed. While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly stands; walks, uses hands and fingers to handle product, feel objects, tools and controls. The employee will be on their feet much of the day in fulfillment of their assigned duties. The employee frequently uses calculators and computers. The employee must have sufficient vision, hearing, and appendage usage to independently service a variety of locations with varied parking and accessibility conditions.
