To be honest, we're a little curious to see how many of you will enroll in a class where we make you taste bad wine. But for the geeks among you, we think this is going to be pretty fun! Join us as we doctor up a base wine with all kinds of problems including out of balance components (such as excessive alcohol, acid or sugar) and spoilage problems such as cork taint, oxidation and microbiological contaminants. Learn about the winery practices that lead to these problems and how to identify them.
