Sharpen your tasting skills and train your palate in our introductory level Palate Primer Wine Tasting Class. Through adjustments to classic wine components, students will learn to correctly identify levels of acid, tannin, sweetness, body, alcohol and complexity. This fun and interactive class is geared toward the beginning wine student, but is also appropriate for the longtime wine lover interested in refining his/her palate.
