In the event a course is canceled by The Wine & Spirit Archive, the school will refund 100% of tuition paid and all shipping fees.
Oregon WSET Courses:
- Cancellations must be received at least three business days before the course begins (12 business days for "intensive-format" classes) in order to receive a tuition refund, less a 10% cancellation fee. If you cancel your registration after this time, no refunds apply.
- However, your registration is fully transferable to another person for the same course and session, subject to qualification.
- If you miss a class, you are welcome to make up the class the next time the course is offered (maximum of two make up classes).
- If we have sent out the course study pack to you, you must return it, complete and unused, in order to receive full credit. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Washington WSET Courses:
- Refer to your enrollment agreement and contact us with any questions.
WSET Home Study:
- Cancellations must be received no later than 10 business days after receiving course materials in order to receive a tuition refund, less a 10% cancellation fee. If you cancel your registration after this time, no refunds apply.
- If we have sent out the course study pack to you, you must return it, complete and unused, in order to receive full credit. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Other Courses:
- In order to keep our tuition low, we are not able to offer refunds for non-WSET courses. However, for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance, your tuition is transferable to any other course over the next 12 months.
